Not quite right? We want you to love what you wear. You can return or exchange most items within 4 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 4 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Reach out before the window closes and we'll take care of the rest.
Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and fairness, the following can't be returned:
- Pierced jewellery such as earrings.
- Items marked as final sale.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp or use our contact page with your order number and a quick note on what you'd like to do. We'll arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's approved. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer within 5–7 business days of approval.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Let us know and, subject to availability, we'll arrange the swap. If your new choice differs in price, we'll settle the difference with you directly.
